Q: Do you have a flagship store?

A: Digby Jackson London does not currently have any branded retail stores, all our limited edition pieces are available to purchase online at DigbyJackson.com, which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, from all over the world, and we will deliver straight to your door.

 

Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: Shopping at DigbyJackson.com is easy. Once you have found what you want in our online store, click ‘buy’ choose the correct quantity and click ‘checkout’ and follow the on screen instructions to fill in your delivery and payment details. Easy. 

 

Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: Some styles are available in S/M/L and some pieces are designed to be one size only. Our one-size pieces are designed to fit a wide range of shapes and sizes. If you are unsure on sizing please do get in touch and we can provide measurements for you to compare at home.

 

Q: I have seen a piece but it no longer seems to be in stock?

A: Everything we do at Digby Jackson London is exclusive and so stock is limited. The best way to make sure you get what you want is to buy it when you see it is available. Get it while you can!

 

Q: I have seen something on a celebrity but cannot find it online, how can I get this piece? 

A: Digby Jackson London has fast become a go to name for celebrity clients, if the piece you have seen is available for sale it will appear on our online store. 

Please note: celebrities often wear one-off pieces designed exclusively for them or for press. They may also wear archive pieces from previous collections. These items will not appear on our online store.

 

Q: How do I pay online in a different currency?

A: Although we do not currently have a currency exchange feature on the website, you can make your purchase as normal charged in GBP (£). Your bank will convert the currency as it leaves your account

 

 

DELIVERY

 

Q: When will you dispatch my order?

A: We aim to dispatch within 24-48hrs (not including weekends) following receipt of your online order. Once despatched you will receive an update email with tracking information.

 

Q: What are your postage rates?

A: If you are outside of the UK we would recommend selecting the UPS courier delivery option at a cost of £25. This is the quickest delivery option and usually takes 3 working days.

All other deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail either first class recorded for the UK or International recorded. This way you can always keep track of the progress of your delivery.

Q: Can I return my purchase and get a refund if I change my mind?

A:  We only offer an exchange on faulty items. In order to ensure you are as happy as possible we will do our best to answer any questions you have about the piece before you make your purchase.
